See how your campaign did
Open a sent campaign to see how many emails were delivered, opened and clicked, what bounced and who unsubscribed.
Every campaign keeps its own results. Tracking runs by itself, so there's nothing to switch on. Campaigns are available on Professional and Business.
See the results
- 1Open Campaigns from the left sidebar (under Business).
- 2Find the campaign in the list. The Status column says Sent, Scheduled, Sending or Draft, and the last column shows when it went out.
- 3Click the campaign's row to open it.
- 4Read the five boxes at the top: Sent, Delivered (with how many bounced), Opened (with the open rate), Clicked (with the click rate) and Unsubscribed.
- 5Scroll down to Recent sends to see each recipient's address, marked opened, clicked, bounced or unsubscribed.
What the numbers mean
Opened counts a client once, however many times they open the email. A client who clicks a link also counts as opened, even if their email app blocked the tracking image.
The open and click rates are worked out from delivered emails. For example, 40 delivered and 10 opened is a 25% open rate. Until delivery reports come in, the rates use the number sent.
Recent sends lists the latest 50 recipients. The five boxes at the top always count everyone.
If something doesn't work
Opens look low: many email apps block images by default, and an open is only counted when the tracking image loads or the client clicks a link. Clicks are the more reliable number.
Delivered stays at 0 and no bounces show: delivery and bounce reports only come back for emails sent from our system address. If the campaign went out from your own connected mailbox, only opens, clicks and unsubscribes are tracked, and the rates are worked out from the number sent.
Status stays on Sending: the campaign hit the daily limit of 500 emails and will finish on its own the next day.
