Why we built it
Running a trade business means doing two jobs: the work itself, and the paperwork that follows it everywhere. Most software treats those as separate problems — an invoicing tool here, a calendar there, a shoebox of receipts at tax time.
JobMistr is built on a simpler idea: if the quote, the job, the invoice and the books all live in one place, the paperwork mostly does itself. An accepted quote becomes a scheduled job, a finished job becomes an invoice, and a paid invoice books itself into your accounting.
Made in Prague
JobMistr is built in Prague by a small, independent team, for the Czech market first: Czech invoicing rules, DPH, Pohoda and ISDOC exports, and filing directly through your datová schránka are core features, not afterthoughts.
We're early, deliberately small, and we talk to every user. If something slows you down, tell us — it usually gets fixed quickly.
What we believe
- Paperwork should be a side effect of doing the work, not a second job.
- Your data is yours — export everything, anytime, in standard formats.
- Software for tradespeople should work one-handed, on a phone, in a van.
- Fair pricing, no per-invoice fees, no surprises.
