Recurring services

Set it up once. Every visit booked and billed.

A weekly clean, a monthly service, a yearly check-up. Set the pattern once and JobMistr fills your calendar two years ahead, skips Czech public holidays and your days off, and invoices the visits the way you agreed.

Solo and up · clashes are skipped and flagged, never double-booked.
Standing work

Regular clients, no regular admin.

The three things you'd otherwise do by hand every month.

Set it once, booked two years ahead

Weekly, monthly, daily or yearly, every so many weeks or months, with an end date or a set number of visits. If a visit would clash with another booking, it's skipped and you're told.

Billed the way you agreed

Only visits that actually took place are billed. Invoices wait as drafts for you to check, or go out on their own if you prefer.

Sell it from your shop

Put a recurring service in your online shop. The client picks the first slot and pays nothing up front, the first visit, or a block of visits as a package. Taking payment online needs card payments (Solo Pro and up).

When plans change

The schedule keeps up.

Czech public holidays skipped

Unless you've said you work them.

Your days off skipped

Book leave in your calendar and the visits in it drop out.

Clashes never double-book you

A visit that lands on another booking is skipped, and you get a notification.

Pause without losing the paperwork

Pausing removes the visits still to come that haven't been billed. Anything already invoiced stays exactly as it is.

Bring the end date forward

Only future visits that haven't been billed are taken off.

Give the series to someone

Assign a team member and every visit is theirs. Team members come with Professional and up.

Packages that count down

Each visit uses one prepaid session, with a history of every one used. Clients see their packages in the client portal.
