Vyfakturuj
Vyfakturuj is the budget option (from 175 Kč), popular with freelancers and e-shops. Invoicing, recurring documents and bank matching, without much beyond that. The frugal choice if invoices are all you need.
JobMistr
JobMistr does more than invoicing — jobs, scheduling and bookings, plus filing your income-tax return over your data box (DPFO/DPPO and the ČSSZ and VZP overviews). It fits when you want to run a whole service business in one place. It costs more (from 490 Kč ex VAT).
